Sparing 'Know' Expense
How does Charter Communications get away with putting out commercials for themselves, ("refer-a-friend"), and their affiliates, (see "Jewelry Television"), where the quality of the video is so crappy you can't even make out the fine print at the bottom of the screen?!? Blurry? I mean, c'mon! How can I have any faith in a company that can't even represent themselves in a professional manner?
